Walderslade 0 – 6 Range Rovers

Rovers picked up where they left off – Popple scoring first, from that point Rovers never looked back! George Mills bagged a goal rewarding him for his tireless work in the middle for the visitors. Harrison James was his usual tower of strength at the back & impressed with his defence splitting passes forward. Parkes popped up to claim a goal leaving it three-nil to Rovers at the break.

Oliver Sturrock was great & was used as a utility player filling in any gaps that forward runs left in there wake. Elliot Allen ran his socks off battling well for the ball & putting in some pinpoint crosses. Mills scored after a nice passage of play, and then Allen scored making the score five-nil to Rovers. Rory Kimber played well out on the left causing Walderslade no end of problems with his good passes & crosses.  Like many times this season it was left to star striker Popple to have the last word scoring Rovers sixth & taking his impressive personal goal tally to fifty one for the season.
