Range Rovers U15’s 9 – 1 Ditton Minors

Range Rovers U15’s sealed third position in Division 2 of the Express Cabs Invicta Primary League, with an emphatic 9-1 victory over Ditton Minors. Rovers played some neat football and took an early lead through Man of the Match Ronny Whittaker, when he flipped the ball over the defender and crashed an unstoppable shot passed the Ditton ‘keeper, this was the first of a ‘Messi’ style performance in which he scored six of the nine goals. The goal of the game was scored by Calvin Campbell whose 30 yard power-drive flew passed the keeper before he could move, two other goals from Rovers one by Frankie Cambridge and one by Jay Cambridge completed the rout.
