Castle Colts 1 – 1 Range Rovers

Rovers travelled to title rivals Castle Colts needing just a point to clinch the league title. They got off to an awful start conceding a goal after two minutes and losing skipper Aidan Cain after 20 minutes with a fractured eye socket. Rovers managed to regroup at half time and turned in a terrific second half performance with man of the match Tom Montgomery snatching an early equaliser before Rovers created several chances to win the game but had to settle for the point that clinched the title.
