Please find the flyer attached for the race night. For those of you who are not familiar with the format, please see details below. For those who came last year, if you had as much fun as I did, I am sure you will be galloping to get your tickets!!

The details:

The kids become the jockeys and race to the finish line at the turn of the numbered cards – gripping fun for all the family.

You also get the chance to own and name your own horse(s) with prizes awarded to the winning owner in each race.

Tickets:
Adults £2.50 - includes supper
Kids - Free - includes supper
This is a ticket only event - kids tickets must be obtained at the same time as the adult tickets - for health & safety purposes, no one will be admitted without a ticket.
Horses £5 - prize for the winner of each race
Jockeys £1 - prize for the winner of each race

We are also looking for race sponsors at £20 per race – includes an advert in the race programme which is given to each adult on entrance!

SPONSORED PENALTY SHOOT-OUT

Well done to Archie Corcoran for winning our age group shoot-out. Our A Squad sharp shooter scored all 5 0f his penalties despite a valiant effort from our shot stopper Ben Evans to put the shoot-out into a tie breaker.
A great effort from all the boys who raised over £250 from the age group to contribute to a total in excess of £2000 for club funds and thanks to all who offered sponsorship.
The total number of penalties converted was 558 and the prize fund of £250 was shared between 3 lucky winners – for more information and photos see the main club website and our own age group website for some fantastic photos.
