Runwell Hospital Ladies FC was established in 2006 by Jackie Lee. This is Jackie's second year as a Manager, which followed a playing career with several different clubs.

We currently play in the Essex FA Women's League Division 1. Our home ground is situated within the grounds of Runwell Hospital in Wickford, Essex. We have very good facilities and we train on Wednesday evenings from 9:30

Our team is made up of varying age groups, which gives us the benefit of both youth and experience. You can read about them on the player profiles page.

The club has more to offer than just football. Apart from a clubhouse which has a function facility, the usual bars, pool and snooker tables. We also have rugby, archery and a bowls club also within the grounds. So why not come along to one of our training sessions on a Wednesday, or home game on a Sunday, where you will be made welcome and can see what we have to offer for yourself.
