WANDERERS "FROM THE BEGINING"

Hearts Wanderers started in the summer of 2002. The lads aged 5 at the time were sort of the "second string" to Hearts Diamonds who were a year older.

After a couple of seasons getting used to playing as a team, Wanderers "first season" was at Under 8's. Where they had succes in the Peter Zazzi Shield.

At Under 9's they won the League Shield and at Under 10's they won the Frost Trophy.

At Under 11's Wanderers suffered their first defeat in three years when they lost to Henllan in the Semi Final of the Cup.

Most of the team have been with Wanderers from the begining and now at 11 a-side the squad has grown and the new team members have proved to strengthen and compliment the Wanderers team.
