Wanderers had score to settle at this tournament after losing out with the last kick of the game last year.

The aim this year was to go one better. And they did. Wanderers came up against some strong teams and held their own in most.

Group Matches: Penycae 0-1 (L), Flint 1-0 (W), Holywell 1-0 (W), Princess Villa 0-3 (L).

Wanderers finished second in the group and saw off Garden Village on penalties in the Q/Final after a nil nil draw. Then in the same result in the Semi with Wanderers going through against the hosts Mold.

In the Final Wanderers again met Penycae. Pen' had the best of the first ten minutes with Wanderers pegged back a bit. But the last ten saw Wanderers turn the tables and most of the play was in Pen's half. With five minutes to go Joe latched on to a through ball and slotted it under the keeper.

Wanderers Winners and a nice trophy to go with it!  WELL DONE LADS -- Deserve it for the work you put in.
