Another great 2nd half today girls.
We need to piece two good halves in the same game though to get a result.  This year we have made a habit of leaving ourselves too much to do.
Having said that Caernarfon are all a year older and one of the best footballing teams in the league.
We held them well for the first fifteen or so minutes but bits of sloppy marking and errors and maybe a hint of offside once or twice meant we were struggling at 6 down at half time.  Not helped by Abi getting injured and Corrine having to cover in goal , thanks again Corrine for doing this.

With the game lost we challenged you at half time to close the spaces , dont give them time to pass through us and go out and win the second half.
It was like a different team , quick to the tackle , closing down and Caernarfon were getting frustrated.   Emily cooly slotted home after a smart break and Lucy chipped one over the keepr from about 15 yards out after a move down the left wing.
We started to visibly tire and Caernarfon started to get back in the game and a bit of pressure told when they got one back..   Both sides still had chances after that as we tired and dropped back a bit too much but held on to at least win the 2nd half which was great.


I think we have won or drawn at least six second halfs this year , something to work on..
