From either tunnel head towards Edge Lane and to the M62 motorway.
At the Rocket junction, get into the far right-hand lane and take a right turning towards the Childwall Fiveways, You will pass the Sports Centre on the right-hand side of the road, take the 5th exit at the Fiveway roundabout and then the second entrance on the left into the Sports Centre.
