New Signings |

This week saw the Riftswood throw their arms open to 2 new signings into the squad. Gordon Reid used to be a regular in the team (up until Oct 05) at left back before his army duties kept him out of the country. he now comes back looking to prove himself again to gain a permanent place in the team.
A stunning move this week sees Harry from Hurley make the swap from a disorganised mess into the well ran set up of the Riftswood. Harry offers us the chance to add a quality defensive midfielder with fitness, skills, reliability, discipline and ability into the starting 11. Obviously he will have to prove himself first.

Due to the increased costs incurred through the use of the floodlights, all players will have top pay £1.50 to train at Woodhouse School. This is an unfortunate extra cost that has to be passed onto the players if they are to use the facilities.

Taz resigns as finance secretary |

Due to comittments at home with his family James Allton can no longer find the time to look after the club's finances!! (Obviously spends too much time on his PS2!!).
Paul James has now taken over the financial responsibilities but it looks like Jordan James will be doing most of the heavy work involved!! Long live the Clique!!!

Connor, the club youngster, will bring in great awareness and passing ability to the team.
Leon adds a touch of "unknowing" and "eccentricness" to the line up.

The AGM meeting starts at 8:00pm prompt on Tuesday 27th June at the Progressive Club in Halford Street, Tamworth. Any players wishing to attend are free to do so and witness first hand the set up for this season ie How many teams are joining or folding.

Sponsorship deals |

As we all know, the costs of running a Football Club are extremely high with the majority of funding coming from the players themselves. Therefore to prevent the increase in players subs, we are urging all players, fans and families to think of ways of raising funds for the club.
Ideas on further sponsorship oppurtunities are also warmly received. If you would like to approach your employer for sponsorship then speak to Jordan so that he can give you a Sponsorship Proposal Document to give to your Boss.
