Rossendale Valley U 12's Wasps had a great home win as they faced Middleton Boys in the North Bury Junior League.
Middleton scored first but Will Foster drew with a well deserved goal. Another Middleton goal came quick as a number of opportunities were sadly missed by the Wasps. Fortunately, Rossie strikerTom Haigh ably added the equaliser just before half time.
After the interval, Rossie came out fighting, totally dominating the second half. Man of the Match James Willetts defended well as goals by Keenan Webb, Kyle Siddle and a further goal by Foster gave the boys a more than comfortable lead. An own goal by Middleton left a superb final score of 6-2.
