TEAM HISTORY
Origins (21/10/07)

The u12 team evolved from last year's u10 development squad and so the 2007-08 girls are predominately u11. Lauren and Ellie had a spell out on loan last year and so got valuable play experience. The squad was built up during the summer of 07 and will continue to be added to.

Season 07-08 (05/05/08)

The girls, all of whom were u11, kicked off the season in the u12 division with a defeat and a victory but soon found much tougher opposition, losing 11-0 to Sutton.

The team was strengthened in the autumn of 07 by the arrival of strong players from another club.

By the end of the season the girls had made significant progress, beating 2nd placed Boldmere and drawing 0-0 with league leaders Sutton that beat them 11-0 back in September.

During the summer the girls played well in tournaments, finishing runners up to Knowle at Marston Green.
