Holland Thanks for coming to the first meeting on the Holland tour. Tonight I am going to give you as much information as I can and hopefully answer as many of your questions as possible. Please can you leave any questions until the end in front of you is some pens and paper to write anything down you may think to ask me? A full copy of what I have said will be on the web site to download should you need it anyone without access to a pc just let your coach know. This isn’t just another school trip. This is a life changing experience where we will treat your children as young adults, well you have to when they are 6 foot six. On your table are some of the team that went to Holland last time with me. Please feel free to ask them about their experience and what they thought. How much will it cost? £550 pounds per persons estimated. £220 after fundraising. What will that cover? All food &drinks All transport. All accommodation. All tours Football grounds. All Adventure theme parks. Two T shirts Sale united baG and track suit. Medals and meal in a restaurant. And your time vision and cheek. What clothes will we need? Teddies sweets crisp chocolate biscuits A list a lot nearer the time will be given out but its nothing special no extra cost here. Adults to children ratio: 3 If all 3 teams go we would be looking at around 45to 48 kids. We have 7 coaches at this age group that work with the teams now . Sale United Holland tour staff. Janet & Husband –One is a trained nurse and the other a child minder. Stewart and his son are both coaches at the club. Karen Shearsmith from the club shop is Dutch. Added on to this are d two 15 year olds. Also in Holland we have a husband and wife team who look after all our needs as well. 16 staff from England 2 from Holland. All are CRB checked and have child and first aid certificates. The reason we go for this mix is simple we have 4 Mums 8 dads and 4 sons can anyone tell me why? School Hollidays in Whit week in 2012 when we go it will be in June What is involved in the week Teams normally stay together in dorms and on the pitch if two many kids go it may be that one team is split into the others. It is not about winning on tour although that is nice it’s about that word fun it’s a holiday for the kids.
