Nik is one of the nicest men you could wish to meet.   He is very well liked with every member of the squad and is a pleasure to coach with.  He loves to see the kids improving and enjoying themselves in training and in matches and is influential in everything thats happens within the team.  Rather sees himself as Brian Clough and not Peter Taylor but too late Nik,  i took that nickname first!!!
