---------------------------------------
Seaton Crew Juniors were recently awarded the FA Charter Standard Award. Clubs who are awarded the Charter Standard Award are taking part in a grassroots revolution as the award recognition is very important locally as it proves to the community that our club is progressing football in the correct manner.

The club has a development plan that focuses on expanding the facilities, increasing the participation of children of all ages from the region, increasing the number of trained coaches involved in running the club and retention of these players and volanteers.

All Coaches & Administrators at the club are volanteers and all are committed to out-reach work in the community. All coaches have level one qualifications and are encouraged to progress to Level Two.
All are CRB checked and all have attended FA Child Protection Workshops. In addition, the club runs a Child Protection Policy Program.

We work closely with the Football Association and Durham FA in trying to deliver their grassroots football stratergy.

This Seaton Carew Under 12's team are backed by a local company who help fund the team by donations for the forthcoming season.

Donations by:
ConocoPhillips Petroleum Company UK Ltd.
