So after last weeks disappointment we faced Otford f.c in the Shield Cup semi final and the perfect game to get us going again.We had a tough game against Otford earlier in the season and this turned out to be the same.

They brought good support with them today and are always a nice fair team to play against.We took a deserved lead through a stunning strike from the lively Dwayne to settle our nerves.

So into the second half and in a scrappy game, i knew we needed a second to kill off a plucky Otford team.That eventully came through Kunle tucking away with 10 mins to go.

We had more chances but against the run of play Otford pulled one back to set up a very nervy last 4 mins.

We held on to reach our first Cup final and to the delight of everyone involved with the team.M.O.T.M today goes to Dwayne who had a cracker, and when he plays like that he's unstoppable, well done to the little man. The boys so deserved the victory for all the hard work that has been put in this season.

So with a big day to look forward to, we can now get back to concerntrating on our league goals.
We have a tight scedule for the rest of our campaign, which will include two double header matches,
this is due to our long Cup runs.

So games in hand in the league, lets see if we can climb that table and challenge for the title as well.
