Royals again were found wanting in numbers today with only 8 players leaving club sec shaggy and manager Wayne both having to kit up to put a squad out. Full credit to all who played for there effort and commitment Royals holding the hosts 1-1 until the 85th minute when Mangager Elcock got caught in two minds after the ball hit his hand the hesitation leading to the Holly Lane forward running on and slotting home two minutes later they hit the third which looked by all accounts a offside decision but unfortuantly for Royals it turned out to be another bitter blow after 87 minutes and inflicted Royals first ever away defeat of this season. Cant knock a single player up against it and everyone stood up and was counted even after the two late goals they never gave up and worked to the end. All in all a dissapointing end to to the season in what looked especially at the start like it was going to be the season where we finally lifted that prem title, but its not to be as Royals for the third time in a row finish in second spot since getting promoted to the prem.
