SHERBORNE HARRIERS FC

Well talk about finishing the season on a high!
We didnt quite make the top 6 but a very commendable 7th place, and the team can be proud of the hard work and effort put in by everyone this season.

Saturday 26th April, and everything was perfect. The weather was beautiful, and the "Bees Knees" turned up with exactly the right attitude for us all to enjoy a fun game.
3-3 at full time, courtesy of a penalty awarded by the totally unbiased and sober referee, and the scene was set for a penalty shoot out which we won on sudden death.
Great to see the youngsters getting in on the act as well.

And then the presentation evening, which despite the Webleys getting lost between Bourton and Sherborne went without a hitch, and the bar had a record night financially..
For the first time, the till had to be emptied at 11pm as they couldnt close the drawer, and Mike has never gone through 3 optics of vodka in one night..EVER!
Lets stick together, do what we do best and enjoy it.
Roll on next season
