Biography
|
Lynn has been involved with club since it was first formed. Starting out as Northleach Town Juniors in 1996.
The team moved through the age groups from U8 up to U14, then decided to part company and go it alone at Sherborne Park.
The team remained loyal and committed and stayed in the Ciren league until U15s then did 2 years in the North Wiltshire league up to U17s.
It looked as if that was it was it, but the team wanted to carry on and it didnt take much persuading for Lynn to take them on into the Cheltenham league as adults.
Lynn has missed only 4 matches in the last 6 years, and heaven forbid anyone should suggest that she do anything else on a saturday.
Sadly her idea of the perfect day is a crisp frosty morning spent marking out the pitch, hanging up the kit and panicking about whether there is a ref for the game. Follow that with a good game of football and a couple of hours down the pub with the lads and she'll be happy all week.
