Slade Green finished their season in style with a comprehensive victory over VCD.

The Green started the brighter and could have gone ahead early on but for several missed chances. and the post.

However it was VCD who took lead against the run of play when the ball was not dealt with in the penalty area, the ball fell to the forward who made no mistake with a good striker into the corner.

Slade though did not panic and knew more chances would come and soon enough found themselves on level terms after a could move found Bugsy wide left who shot low into the corner and that's how the half finished.

Slade knew they had dominated the first half and confident they could go on and take the points and thats exactly what they did. They continued to dominate and with Bugsy having a field day on the left  he soon had his and Slade second.

The third was not far behind and after another good move, Fraser found on the edge of the box, he turned the defenders wells and hit a superb shot with his left foot in to the top corner.

The icing on the cake came after Isiah who had work hard throughout the game beat the keeper and shot at goal and Tom N who had just come on made sure for the 4th.

This was a great display and a great way to finish what has been a brilliant season for Slade and gives them plenty to build on as they move in to u18's
