Saints continued their run of pre-season wins with a 3-1 victory over Whitnash Town in a hard-fought and sometimes over-robust match last night.
Saints made - and missed - several first half chances, and paid the price when the visitors went ahead ten minutes before the break, following a corner.
It took Saints just ten minutes of the second period to draw level however, courtesy of a Martin Thompson penalty.
Ollie Manuel kept them on level terms with a fine save, before last season's top scorer Simeon Smith was introduced, and true to form the striker obliged with two goals to wrap the game up in Saints favour.
Saints play their final warm-up game on Saturday when they travel to meet Uhlsport Premier League side Ardley United (3.00pm).
