Following last weeks close defeat to league leaders Dunstable College it was important that the SLC put in a good performance against fellow league newcomers South Field School. Although the opposition played some very good football it was SLC who took control of the game through four first half goals.
The second half carried on in the same manner and SLC added a further three goals to record a very good 7-1 victory. SLC goalscorers were Joshua Hill, Enea Isufi, Pearson Mwanyongo and special mention to Ryan Ellingworth [pictured] who scored four goals a fantastic achievement at any level.
