Congratulations to the Under 12's on winning the league:      Congratulation to the Under 10's on winning the challenge cup final 2-1 against Castle Colts. The under 11's lost 1-0 to Kings Hill in a close match.      Annual General Meeting 8th July 2008 at Margaret Howard Hall at 8pm followed by drinks at Kings Head.      The Parish Council and football clubs have been sucessful in the application for funding to improve the facilites at the Jubilee Field. This is a massive achievement for football within the village of Staplehurst. Thank you to everyone for their hard work      Club Presentation Day: The annual club presentation day is on Sunday 18th May 08 at the Jubilee Field. Kick off timings & presentation timing to be confirmed at the May Committee Meeting.      CHARTER STATUS: WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE CLUB HAS ACHIEVED WITH THE FA CHARTER STANDARD. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT ACHIEVEMENT FOR THE CLUB. WELL DONE TO EVERYONE FOR THIER EFFORTS IN OBTAINING THIS AWARD:      Keeping Managers informed: A note to all parents . If your child can not play in a match then please inform your team manager asap. If we know well in advance and if a lot of players are away then we can request postponements. The week before is to late      Spot the Ball: The club will be holding 3 spot the ball competitions this season. With Christmas, Easter and Presentation Day winners. Entry £1 per go. Prize money is half of the money collected.      Please read our notice board for updates and support your team.

Staplehurst Monarchs in January 2008 achieved the FA Charter Status Award. The committee and other members have worked extremelly hard to achieve this award.

For the players and parents this means that we have qualified coaches who are CRB checked. This ensures the development and well being of our players.

Staplehurst Monarchs FC aims are to promote and develop Association Football amongst boys and girls between the ages 7 and 18, regardless of ability and/or disability or race to give them the opportunity to learn, improve, enjoy and play the game of football in a child friendly environment by means of friendly and competitive matches, social and discussion sessions and social activities for all of its members.
