Unsporting behaviour on the pitch, especially swearing, will not be tolerated. We are now in higher age groups where there will be an increased likelihood of yellow and red cards being shown by referees. These will result in fines being levied on the individual players by the Herts FA, to be promptly paid by the player (not the club). These are £8 for a yellow card offence, and £23 - £83 (plus 7 – 112 days suspensions) for a red card offence. There may also be supplementary action taken by the club depending on the nature of the incident. Colin will not hesitate to remove a player from the field who does not adhere to this code of conduct.
We won the Most Sporting Team award as U13s, and were Runners-Up as U15s, so there should be no excuses.
In junior football, should all players be given the same amount of time on the pitch during a game, regardless of ability?
Yes, always. Getting kids involved is the most important thing.
Yes, unless it is an important game.
No. Winning is important at all ages, so the best players should play more often.
