Mike Ritson's Match Report:
It was the final day of the season for both Steeple Ashton Rangers and Southwick Wanderers as they met at St Mary's.
Only a win would do for promotion chasing Ashton and they took the lead on 20 minutes. A corner from the right was not cleared by Wanderers and following a minor goal mouth scramble Jake Sainsbury was on hand to put Ashton ahead from the goal line.
Complacency appeared to set in for Ashton and it wasn't long until Wanderers drew level, a neat threw ball found Paul Gittins and he outmuscled Adam Potter to prod home past Nath Taylor.

Ashton woke up in the second period and killed off the game to claim a 4-1 victory.
A mix up in the Southwick area presented Jake Sainsbury a chance to restore Ashtons lead, and he fired home a half volley from 12 yards. It wasn't long until Ashton extended their advantage, Jake Sainsbury was clumsily fouled in the box and Lee Mounty coolly stepped up to convert the penalty.
Ashton killed the game off 5 minutes from time, a neat through ball by Mounty found Sainsbury who slotted past the keeper to complete his hat trick.

Results at Meadow Lane (Westbury Rangers 'B' 3, FC Boroughs 2) meant Ashton were guaranteed automatic promotion to Division 1, and await further results involving Corsham United to confirm if they can hold onto top spot in Division 2.
