Stirling started well,but alva went into a 2 goal lead before Stirling pulled one back with a goal fromPeter Bolton with a good contact on the ball putting it high in the net.Alva scored another two before half time.
Stirling put pressure on alvas back four which resulted in a goal scored by Ross Leiperwith a well placed shot.
