Well i think the manager had to take the blame for this result... Tinkering with the formation several times during the game... St Newlyn East started the better of the two sides, young pacey striker Chris Symon had a golden chance early on but pulled his shot wide... Then ten minutes later, Ry Saltern beat the offside trap and smashed the ball past the keeper, but his team were left bermused by the home linesman waving his flag for offside... NEVER was!!!!!

Neil Curnow pulled off a string of saves to deny the airmen, but a slick move from the home team produced the first goal... The saints then fell asleep with another 4 goals going in before the break...

The second half the visitors changed personel and played a lot better without any end product, young James Sands was the saints MoM at left back.... just his second game for the club
