Stoke City Ladies were formed in the summer of 2001 and had a successful first season in the West Midlands league Division One – finishing third before gaining promotion to the Premier Division via the play-offs. Last season 2008-2009 saw the Ladies have a run of success once again and after 7 years gaining that all important promotion into the West Midland Combination League.
For this season 2009-2010 we have a new Management team, Vicky Mitchell who takes the role of Manager, Rachael Blunt who is 1st Team Assistant Manager/Head Coach and Steve Swanwick Assistant Coach also joining the team is Paul Dale who take up the role of Fitness and Conditioning Coach, Soon to be announced are the staffing team taking up the Reserve team, everybody at the club wishes them all the best.
Training for the 2009 - 2010 season is yet to be confirmed.
