What Have We got?

At our Kenilworth Road ground we have the following facilities:

4 Pitches

1 Full size pitch measuring 100 x 50 yds

1 Boys pitch measuring 90 x 45 yds

1 Mini Soccer pitch for U8 & U9's measuring 50 x 30 yds

1 Floodlit Mini Soccer training pitch

Other Facilities

We benefit from having Floodlights and off road parking is available in the layby directly outside the entrance to our grounds. Parking is also available also inside the grounds. Running water and electricity are also available.

We now a kitchen facility which will be selling a range of hot and cold beverages on match days and we now have a changing and toilet facilities.

To the future...

The clubs management commitee are looking at developing Kenilworth road by adding another permanent Mini-Soccer pitch, laying an all weather training pitch, as well as upgrading the current timber storage facility to a purpose built clubhouse, the current grass parking area to a hard standing one and levelling the pitches.

These projects will be a massive drain on the clubs resources, so we are in the process of making grant applications from various organizations as well as undertaking a number of fund raising events, so far we have held Quiz nights, race nights, a Sponsored Penalty competeition and a car wash day!

Advertising Boards

St Peters Celtic Football Club are looking for sponsors to enable the club to build a much-needed clubhouse for the children of all age groups (we currently have teams ranging from u7 to a senior team) to use on match days and training.

We are offering a permanent advertisement board (2mx600mm) displaying your company/ business details, which will be seen on match days every weekend during the season by approximately 150/200 people.

As a club sponsor your business/company will be honoured by named ascription on a patrons plaque on the new clubhouse (when built), continuous board advertising at the ground and will be on our successful website (currently experiencing over 2000 hits per month!) showing details of your business and links to your website (if you have one). We hope you will be kind enough to donate and help the club move forward into a new and prosperous era.

The cost of this level of advertising is suprisingly reasonable, especially when you take in to account the amount of good that will eventually come from your contribution.

IBM Community Work Day Part 1

Last Monday saw the visit of the IBM Community Matters team. The idea was that IBM have to organise a team of 10 people and a budget of £250 to do a project at the ground that we had proposed to the company.
