Stranton FC 'Juniors' are a brand new team, formed for the coming 2008-09 season, due to the increasing number of under 10 players involved at the club.
The Juniors will compete in the Durham section of the TJFA under the guidance of Paul Smart, a welcome recruit to the coaching staff.
Paul will be supported by assistant coach, Wendy Faulkner, a Committee member, who has gained invaluable experience over the previous season.
Thanks & best of luck for a campaign that is sure to be ripe with achievement.
What is the best way to settle a cup tie that is level after normal time?
Extra time, then penalties
Straight to penalties
Golden goal extra time, then penalties
Golden goal all the way, removing one player from each team at regular intervals
Extra time, then shootout - players start on halfway and have 15 seconds to shoot
Might as well just toss a coin!
