Welcome to Sudbury Athletic Football Club. The club was founded as Sudbury Athletic FC in 1987, after competing since the 1940's as works teams under the names of CAV and Lucas.
For the first time in our history, the club formed a youth team in January 2008 in order to go some way towards bridging the gap between youth and senior football.
The club will be running 3 teams for the 2008/09 season. The First and Reserve teams will compete in the Essex & Suffolk Border League with the youth team playing as Sudbury Athletic 'A' in the Colchester & East Essex League which is a Saturday Senior League.
