Player / Manager who likes to see a good work rate and is more concerned with keeping goals out than scoring them!
Guided the club to promotion (finishing second) to top division and 2 cup semi finals in first full season in charge.
Steve is a towering centre back hence the nick name 'Hightower'. Steve has only ever scored one goal for Rovers despite being 6'5!
He also plays at right back from time to time.
