Bolton Interleague team fails to illuminate in Blackpool.

On a wet and blustery Rememberance Sunday in Blackpool Swinton FC's U16 representatives in the Bolton Federation Interleague team took center stage in this match versus a Blackpool and District Team.Starts for 3 of our players,Dan Foster at Center Back,Mike Haworth on RIght Wing and Elliott McDermott in his usual Center Forward position.Gavin Sullivan was unfortunately one of two unused subs in this game.The three equipped themselves very well in a team that hasn't even played together,but a stronger physical team that has played together regularily were always going to be hard to break down.Eventually going down 2-0 to a late second after some serious sustained pressure from Bolton this was not really a game to write home about the weather played its part with lashing rain and wind giving cause for worry when the low flying planes tried to land at Blackpool airport next to the ground!.Well done thoug for making the team boys and better luck next time
