About Us
Welshpool Town Football Club currently compete in the Spar Mid Wales League Division 1 and is run solely by its supporters for the benefit of the local community.
Home matches are played at the Maesydre Recreation Ground, just outside the town centre.
In recent years the club has competed at the top level of the Welsh domestic game, before being demoted from the Premier League in 2010 when the number of teams in the division was slashed from 18 to 12. Last season was a difficult one for all involved in the club and the side finished rock bottom of the Cyrmu Alliance.
The club committee is working hard to reestablish the team's local links and consolodate the current position this season.
