Dragons FC - 11 a side record

In 2007, a squad of players made the jump from mini-soccer to join the big boys in the world of 11 a side football. This included a move away from Halton, with the side joining The Warrington & District Leagues.
After a great first season, the side ended up winning the Division 5 Title, pipping Culcheth by a single point after a nail-biting final day. The side celebrated with an awards evening at Goodison Park, home of Everton FC.
The 2008 season saw the introduction of 2 new sides, Bleakhill Rovers and East Leigh. Both looked strong units and possibly misplaced in the league set up. The side yet again gave a great account of themselves and were narrowly pipped by East Leigh to the Runners Up spot. A successive promotion and only beaten to another title shot by the above two teams.
A fantastic End of Season Tour to Barcelona and an evening at The Stobart Stadium left the side well placed for a good summer break.......
The side has forged links with Frankie & Bennys, BPI Films, Cheshire Police and RBS, who have all contributed to the sides success..
