The Great Eastern Tavern FC, formerly PT Rangers are now in their 10th year of Sunday League Football. The club have enjoyed many high points in that period, along with more than their fair share of low points but with the hard work of a committed staff, along with financial and, on occassions, moral support from the Great Eastern Tavern the club cotinues to prosper.
The Eastern are currently playing in Div 1 of the Mercury Waltham Sunday League.
2007/08 has been a particularly successfull season for the current squad, with the Eastern being crowned Waltham Mercury Div2 champions and Wodson Park 5-aside Div1 and Div2 champions. The club are now winding up for the 2008/09 season.
