Old who?
The Old Boars are a Sunday League Football team. They were founded in 1996 by Tonbridge School teacher Andy Leale and his friend Ceri Jones. Andy and Ceri both played for the now defunct ‘Ramsay 86’ and decided that Tonbridge School with its teachers, pupils and old boys network would prove ideal and fertile territory to launch a new team.

The team began as a Tonbridge School teachers team. Therefore both Tonbridge pupils and old boys started to swell the squads number.
Then in October 1997 an Old Dunstonian, Guy Howe made his debut. Due to Andy Leale’s school commitments Andy and the committee asked Guy to become club secretary in May 1998. Since then the Boars have gone from strength to strength. Although still a team whose roots are Tonbridge School, the realities of survival and progression now mean a squad that includes Old Juddians, Old Dunstonians and former pupils of both Sevenoaks and Haileybury Schools.
