MC Racing was formed for the 2005/06 season by a group of friends.

After playing 5-a-side football at a local leisure centre for years, the majority of the lads decided that they wanted to take on the on the task of a Sunday League team.

It fell to Darren Pitch and his dad Bob to take on the paper work side of the team, along with taking players roles.

After a leg break whilst playing, Bob decided to step back from the playing side and focus on the managerial role.
