Colliery with 5 long term injuries were down to just 11 players, took the lead on 15mins but conceeded 2 before half time and a third in the last minute, while pushing forward looking for an equalizer, but Tickhill were worthy winners on the day.
Colliery have boys training with League clubs and have had one boy sign a contract with one of these clubs.
I believe we have a boy who could go on in the game, Mark Bagaley. He plays up front and has an eye for goal scoring in 9 games. He's quick but his biggest Asset. is his first touch, which often makes him a yard. I think with normal improvment this boy could make the grade.
Goalkeeper Rob Frost who had never played football until the age of eleven, has attracted interest from league clubs and is receiving coaching and has made great progress, has good hands and positional sence.
I would say to any scouts out there come and have a look at Colliery under 14's. I believe we have some lads in the right hand who could go on to better things

In junior football, should all players be given the same amount of time on the pitch during a game, regardless of ability?
Yes, always. Getting kids involved is the most important thing.
Yes, unless it is an important game.
No. Winning is important at all ages, so the best players should play more often.
