Tonyrefail BGC is one the largest and most successful amateur football clubs in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. The club has grown immensely since it was established in 1988 and with the expanding player base there is an appetite to develop first class facilities for future and current members of the Tonyrefail community.

Tonyrefail BGC Facts & Figures:

o The Club has 200 active players
o There are 10 teams spanning under 7s through to Seniors
o All the Club Coaches are FAW Qualified
o The Club has FAW Accreditation

What is Project 2010?

o Tonyrefail BGC has introduced Project 2010 to develop first class facilities on Tynybryn Park, Tonyrefail
o The facilities will include a Spectator Stand, Perimeter Fencing and Dug-out Areas
o As the project title suggests the Club want to achieve this development milestone by 2010 so the clock is already ticking!

The Project 2010 Outline Plan:

o To raise £40,000 for the completion of the construction works
o The Club will generate part of the funds from internal fundraising activity
o It is anticipated that funding will be sought from public sector organisations
o Critically the Club will need to find a number of key enthusiastic partners from the private sector that are prepared to invest in this community based project

o The Club will ensure that all sponsors receive maximum exposure through PR, signage and publicity/materials
o Is your company interested in investing in a growing and vibrant community project?
