ï»¿Septembers "PekPek" Player of the month, Lancett has started this season in sparkling form. In the 6 league and cup games he's played, he's scored 5 and created 5 for his team mates. Those who have played with Andy over the years have always recognised the attributes he posseses, Strength, Speed, Power and a great eye for goal, but it is what he's added to his game that has set him apart this season. An added awareness of what's happening around him has aided his assists tally and his always improving ariel ability has lead to him becoming a superb target man, whose hold up play, combined with that awareness has added a new dimension to VFC's forward play. And he'll score goals, all kinds of goals. From the superb 30 yard screamer vs Nunnery last week to a deft header over Wychbold's advancing keeper on Sunday.
