Report

Vienna Window brushed off AFC Face today after the away side coud only muster 10 players. With a delayed kick off due to the lack of players from Face. Vienna started in a positive fashion and looked to make there numerical advantage count, Carter, Cummings and Lasscelles all going close in the opening few minutes, but the deadlock was broken with a superb header from Gazele Richardson which lofted over the keeper. Vienna then put there foot on the gas and got a second after Bomber converted a penalty won by Lass. The third and fourth were scored by Cummings and Carter respectively to give Vienna a comfortable lead going into the second half. AFC Face who battled throughout the game had no purchase from a solid Vienna back line. The fifth was scored after a fantastic drive from Carter who had a cracking game down the right hand flank. The sixth was added from first team regular Jake Brown after a good counter attack, although many stated he should of layed it across to substitute Jason Montgomery. Sam Cummings got the seventh from a corner after he towered over AFC Face-s center half to head home from a Carter corner. James Carter wasnt finished there and claimed his hatrick late on. An impressive win for the reserves even against 10 men Face.

Superstar Of The Week was James Carter who played well throughout and claimed a fantastic hatrick.

Muppet Of The Week was Brett Stimson although Paul Tiller was a contender for admitting he touches children before the game.
