A great start saw Jets take the lead in the first minute when some great battling by Jack and Lewis put Luke through to finish neatly. We made it 2-0 through a penalty from Ash, having missed a penalty awarded earlier. With a minute of the first half to go, Hoyland pulled one back, after Jack scored but was ruled offside.

They then equalised early in the second half, but we refused to let Hoyland make more of a comeback, with Ash completing a hat-trick to have us 4-2 up with 20 minutes to go. However, as is our wont, we went to sleep for a few minutes while they piled on the pressure and scored twice in as many minutes to leave the result 4-4.
