Directions:
From Newcastle City Centre, travel towards walker and byker, travel across the byker bridge and continue up the byker bypass. at the roundabout take your fourth exit which should have BQ on your left and a fire station on your right. Head straight across the next roundabout onto allendale road. changing rooms are located on your last left just before traffic lights pull into car park changing rooms at bottom of car park.
