Mid Lancs Colts Presentation Night 2009

Why? Cos we came runners up in our 1st Cup Final. All the lads looked amazingly smart, were very well behaved and had big grins on their faces when they went up to each receive a trophy! What a proud moment for the coaches and parents!
We collected a trophy on behalf of LEO, and will be sending it on to him. A brilliant night, the first of many we hope!

All the lads won a trophy for their hard work and dedication to the team and 5 lads were recognised further as follows:

MOST IMPROVED PLAYER - Ben Couperthwaite
SUPPORTERS PLAYER - Ben Hardman
CLUBMAN - Paul McDonald
PLAYERS PLAYER - Jack McKenna
MANAGERS PLAYER - Leo Fairclough

We also presented a special award to Jeff Couperthwaite for being possibly the worst supporter this season. This award for future presentations will be known as the COUPERTHWAITE AWARD! Naturally.
Well done lads. Really great night. Sorry about your parents and the helium balloons!!!!

2008/2009 Season - Under 9's La Liga results

*Played home games at Walton Rec on Sundays @ 10am
*Finished (midway) 5th out of 9 in the Mid Lancs Colts Under 9's La Liga
*Got to the League Cup Final at Lancon HQ on 10th May and came RUNNERS UP (final score 1-0)
