The lads where a bit slow to start and at times looked nervous as Gillibrand took the game to them with a blustery start and the help of the wind it was a struggle for the lads however they over came this with a great through ball to Ryan who then set Owen up for his first goal and this seemed to encourage the lads. at the restart the lads set about playing football and soon where another goal up again this was scored by Owen. The lads went in at half time 2 - 0.

The start of the second half and the wind against the lads they proved to be dominate at times and they continued playing some good football and some great passes made this extremely difficult for Gillibrand to get control of the game. The lads went on to score a further four more goals although there where a few scares when Gillibrand nearly scored but just going wide.

With about ten minutes to go Jack switched places with Morgan the goalkeeper to give him a run which nearly saw him score, a great save was made by Jack however he did try to get involved with the forward play at set pieces but was told to stay back and if he allowed Gillibrand to score we had permission to beat him.
