On the A19 travelling SOUTH - Proceed south across Testos Roundabout and continue to exit marked Sunderland North. Join A1231 road to Washington. Take third exit marked Gateshead East - A195. Join large roundabout and take 4th exit marked Gateshead/Newcastle. Continue for approx. 500 yards to Vermont mini-roundabout. Take left turn marked Hertburn/Concord. Pass Fire Station at top of bank on the left. Take 2nd left after Fire Station into Spout Lane. Ground entrance 200 yards on your right.

Directions to Albany Park (A1M)

On the A1 travelling NORTH - Pass the Washington Services and select Tyne Tunnel lane - A194. Take 1st exit marked Washington - A182. Enter large roundabout and take the 3rd exit marked A182. Continue to 2nd exit marked Gateshead/Newcastle/Sunderland - A1231. At roundabout take 1st exit left joining A1231. Continue to second exit marked Gateshead East - A195. Continue for approx. 500 yards to Vermont mini-roundabout. Take left turn marked Hertburn/Concord. Pass Fire Station at top of bank on the left. Take 2nd left after Fire Station into Spout Lane. Ground entrance 200 yards on your right.
