Review of the Season

After a difficult start in the Toolstation League First Division, the First Team again managed to finish in the top half of the table, thanks to a fantastic run in the second half of the season when they scored 40 goals in 19 matches and kept five clean sheets in seven games. Highlights of the season included wins over local rivals Shrewton and Bradford, while the best team performance was probably their emphatic 5-1 away victory against Gillingham. Goal of the season was Wayne Wheeler's stunning volley against Clevedon United.
