our first game is against heaton moor football club. it is very important that all players are4 present and on time for the game as we will be fined for any late kick offs.

Important notice for all players.

Well done to everyone who played in our recent game against beehive f.c.

I was very impressed by the way we played football and the response I got from the beehive players and other people watching the game was they thought we had the potential to go very far but if we argue that will not happen.

Some players turned up late to the game even though they had been told the previous day the time we would be meeting.

We are playing in 3 competitions this year the Manchester publicity league, the silver jubilee cup and the Caroline burke memorial shield, if players are going to turn up late it will affect the whole team so I would like all players to bear that in mind in from this point on.

The league kicks off this Sunday 3rd September, so I need a registration deposit and 2 passport photographs from all the players by Tuesday the 29th august.

If any player does not provide these things by Tuesday they cannot play in the opening league game against Heaton moor f.c this coming Sunday, and will not be able to play for the club until they have provided the photo’s and deposit.

Please bear in mind that if we fail to put a team out or we have only 8 or 9 player we will suffer as a team, and if we cant put at team out the opposition will get the 3 points that is the rules of the league.

OUR NEXT GAME IS AGAINST THE BEEHIVE F.C. ON TUESDAY 29TH AUGUST AT TURN MOSS PLAYING FIELDS.

ALL PLAYERS TO MAKE THEIR WAY OWN TO THE GROUND AND BE THERE AT 5:30PM KICK OFF IS AT 6:15

THE 23 BUS STOPS OUTSIDE GROUND AND THE TRAM STOPS AT STRETFORD TRAM STATION.

Any player affiliated or signed on to play for west Manchester football club must read this code of conduct and then sign at the bottom of this page.

Failure to do so will result in the player being suspended from playing until agreement is signed.

CLUB CODE OF CONDUCT 2006 - 07

1. ALL MANCHESTER F.A. BOOKINGS AND FINES MUST BE PAID WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE OFFENCE COMMITED OR THE PLAYER WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM PLAYING UNTIL AMOUNT IS PAID IN FULL.

2. A HIGH STANDARD OF DISCAPLINE MUST BE PRACTISED AT ALL TIMES BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER ALL MATCHES.

3. ANY FORM OF IILEGAL SUBSTANCES SMOKED BEOFRE AND AFTER MATCHES BY ANY PERSON AFFILIATED TO THE CLUB WILL RESULT IN THE PERSONS IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION FROM THE CLUB.

4. RESPECT SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ALL LEAGUE AND CLUB OFFICIALS, COACHES AND MANAGERS AT ALL TIMES.

5. SUBS FOR PLAYING WILL BE £3.00 FOR HOME GAMES, AND £3.50 FOR AWAY GAMES

EACH PLAYER MUST COMPLETE THE LEAGUE REGISTRATION FORM AND RETURN IT TO THE MANAGEMENT ALONG WITH THE LEAGUE REGISTRATION FEE AND 2 PASSPORT SIZED PHOTOGRAPHS.

TO MAKE SURE THAT WE DO NOT ENCOUNTER ANY FINANCIAL DIFFICULTYS DURING THE SEASON EACH PLAYER WILL BE EXPECTED TO MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE RUNNING OF THE FOOTBALL TEAM, PLEASE SEE EXAMPLES BELOW.

 Sports Barn-Old Trafford Manchester 6-8PM, on Teusdays £2.00 FOR TRAINING.

 THIS IS TO PAY FOR PITCHES FOR AN HOUR –TOTAL COST £28 PER HOUR

 MATCHES AT WEEKENDS £2.50 PER PERSON FOR AN AWAY GAME AND £3.00 FOR A HOME GAME.

 THIS IS TO PAY REFEREES FOR OFFICIATING OUR GAMES WASH OUR KIT, BUY WATER, FIRST AID AND PETROL FOR AWAY GAMES.

 IF ANY PLAYER HAS A QUIREY OR ISSUE REGARDING ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED, THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE HAPPY TO LISTEN TO YOUR VIEWS AND MAKE IMPROVEMENTS WHERE NESSASARY.
