A Season of Transition
Despite the team making a reasonable start to the season, Brett Barrass stepped down as Manager to concentrate on playing.
He was replaced in early October by Lee Brown, who had previously been coaching the Poole Borough FC Youth team.
Many new players were brought in an effort to strengthen the side, but during this transition period of having an unsettled team, performances and results tended to be inconsistent, which meant the team finishing in a mid table position.
However the team did provide important support to the 1st teams Championship winning campaign, with several players stepping-up as cover at the end of the season.
